Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to love your order from The Cookie Waitlist Movement Store. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

Because our products are printed to order (posters, stickers, badges), we accept returns within 90 days of delivery for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To start a return, please contact us at maedog4@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • A photo of the item (if applicable)

Refunds

Once your return request is approved, you may receive:

  • A replacement at no additional cost, or

  • A full refund to your original payment method

Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days after approval.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Used items

  • Items damaged by the customer

  • Digital downloads (if you ever offer them)

Order Issues

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or with missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping is only required if requested by us. Customers are not responsible for return shipping on damaged or incorrect products.
